CDP is a division of Replacement Parts, Inc. specializing in parts sales and service for General Motors and Ford Dealerships in Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi.

Members of the AC Delco DDG group and a Motorcraft FAD.  CDP also provides many of the service products used in most dealerships.
